iView Systems Releases the iTrak Version 5 Incident Reporting Platform

New Software Delivers Notifications, Ad-Hoc Reporting and Enhanced Encryption

Oakville, Ontario, September 15, 2008 - iView Systems, a leading provider of security and surveillance incident reporting, dispatch and visitor management solutions, today announced that it has released iTrak Version 5. This major release of the proven iTrak platform delivers key enhancements and features, including; the Notifications Module, Ad-Hoc Reporting Module and enhanced encryption.

The redesigned iTrak V5 is more user friendly, provides an enhanced user interface and feature set, including improved document control, new department structure, updated permission interface and enhanced encryption.

The largest change in iTrak V5 our clients can look forward to is the New Notifications, Ad Hoc Reporting Modules and encryption.

Notifications Module: This module provides the ability for users to configure customizable live and scheduled notifications based on actions from all modules within the iTrak platform. These automatic notifications can now be distributed to specific individuals based on preconfigured actions such as addition/updates of daily logs, incidents and other modules. These notifications can be sent out to Blackberries and other PDA devices. Re-occurring notifications can also be scheduled for delivery at specific times and dates.

Ad Hoc Reporting Module: The iTrak Ad Hoc Reporting module is an easy to use, powerful and flexible reporting tool integrated into the iTrak Incident Reporting Platform. It extends traditional operational reporting beyond what users have come to expect, empowering iTrak with interactive ad hoc reports. The Ad Hoc Reporting module enables users to define and customize reports that meet individual department and reporting information requirements. In addition, the Ad Hoc Reporting module delivers a reporting environment that is completely practical, allowing users to dynamically modify and query report data to gather useful business information for budgeting, return on investment and other risk managed models. The report wizard is designed to walk users thru all the required steps in creating a new report, from designing the layout, to filtering and sort sequences, to selecting the output method. (Excel, HTML, CSV, PDF and RTF).

Enhanced Encryption: The iTrak enhanced encryption provides additional database and transport level security. This gives the ability to ensure secure data collection, transport and access from both internal and external sources. Transport is provided via Microsoft’s Internet Information Server (IIS) over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a cryptographic protocol that provides secure communications for data communicated over internal and external networks. Additional field level encryption is also provided to ensure secure collection and access to private information such as social security/insurance, driver’s license numbers, and other sensitive pieces of personal information.

The iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management System is a modular security and surveillance software platform designed to manage and automate key tasks in risk management environments. The iTrak platform includes a daily log, briefing log, full incident reporting, subject profiling, personnel management, vehicle tracking, contacts and administration for comprehensive user, group and property security management. Other available modules include the Lost & Found System, Dispatch System, Visitor Management System, iGNet Alert Communication Service, Gaming Module, Work Order Module and Responsible Gaming Solutions.
