– IP Casino Resort and Spa, in Biloxi, Mississippi has installed iView’s iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management Platform, including the iDispatch Security Dispatch System, Lost & Found and Personnel Data Importer Modules. This integrated suite of products delivers a fully integrated Risk Management Platform to the IP security department across the entire property.
Before installing iView Systems’ modular solution, IP had become overwhelmed with paperwork. Managing this paperwork was becoming extremely time consuming and costly. Additionally, searching for key information and compiling important statistics was proving to be increasingly labour intensive. IP set out to find a company which provided security focused products, that were not only easy to learn and use, but were also scalable in terms of features and capacity.
IP chose iView Systems iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management Platform for its modular approach, ensuring a future upgrade path as additional requirements at the property materialize. In conjunction with iTrak, they chose the iDispatch Security Dispatch System, which integrates transparently into the existing iTrak platform, taking advantage of existing personnel and reporting synergies. This integrated security suite automates and delivers complete dispatch management and incident reporting. Additional modules were overlaid into the iTrak system, including the Lost & Found and Personnel Data Importer. The Personnel Data Importer delivers automated and scheduled HRM (Human Resource Management) updates of existing personnel and status into the iTrak environment. This provides effective and efficient availability of current active staff for both dispatch and incident reporting.

iTrak Incident Reporting & Risk Management System
The iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management Platform is a modular security and surveillance software platform designed to manage and automate key tasks in risk management environments. It replaces traditional inefficient and unreliable paper based systems, enabling more effective deployment of available resources. Its modular design enables purchasing of only the relevant modules required for a specific application environment, while offering a complete upgrade path for larger applications and future requirements.
Lost and Found Module: The iTrak Lost & Found module provides an integrated organized solution for maintaining lost items and matching them against large found item databases. An operator can visually review what has been reported as lost or found and manage the disposal of these items.
Personnel Data Importer Module: The iTrak Personnel Data Importer provides a graphical user interface to configure, manage and automate centralized data import into the iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management System. Import routines can be defined from various systems across multiple database formats simultaneously.
The iDispatch Security Dispatch System provides an easy to use software tool designed to
improve security officer dispatch entry and workflow. In addition, the dispatch system
provides a real-time view of all current activity with full officer status and assignment.
With the iDispatch system, personnel availability, status and location are immediately
visible for efficient and effective deployment and dispatch detail tracking.

Prior to its official reopening on December 22, 2005 it was announced that the name of the property would be changed from the Imperial Palace to the IP Hotel and Casino to prevent any confusion with its former sister property. The property has since undergone another slight name change, to become the IP Casino Resort Spa, along with a new and fresh logo.
